newborn outfits and new items
I love special orders.
Especially when they are for someone I know who is having a baby!
Today a baby is born through C-section. Really early - before 37 weeks gestation - to a mom who had complications in her pregnancy. My thoughts and prayers go to them both.
Mom wanted an outfit from my store, but we ended up with two! :)
The sorbet collection is currently my fave to work with. Happy summer colors and the
softest fabric ever - can't go wrong!
This outfit is also for a little newbie:
He is already a couple months old so I need to get this in the mail ASAP!
And what else have I been working on lately?
New leggings. Feathers & arrows.
The arrow fabric has been popping up on leggings and headbands all over etsy.
It's very surreal to see my own designs being used on other people's products.
But it's rewarding, and fun! What else could an artist wish for, than that other people want her designs?

Now I'm off to watch my kids in the pool and soak up the sun.

One piece outfits.
Normally, they have a onesie neckline, but I have added snaps on little
plaques for a unique design that's still totally practical.
I can make these in newborn size up to 12m.
In almost any design you can dream of.

A Cloudy Day
Today was cloudy. And windy. And then it poured down rain.
And then the sun came. And it was summer.
Until the wind picked up again. And it rained cats and dogs.
I was inspired, I guess!
Made a new collection called "A Cloudy Day", inspired
by the recent raindrops/raincloud trend and an upcoming contest at
Spoonflower that calls for "mod" designs.
